Amaro

A dense and velvety bitter that thrives on contrasts, between the fire of spices and the frost of mint. On the nose it combines the balsamic side of bitter orange, mandarin and myrtle with the warm notes of almond, pistachio and vanilla. In the mouth it reveals a bold backbone of gentian and angostura bark, lit by the vibrant spiciness of Sichuan pepper and instantly refreshed by green tea. The finish closes warm and pungent, between toasted walnut and allspice.
