Distillates
There are flavors that are not limited to being drunk, but demand to be listened to.
From the close encounter between earth, fire and the wisdom of man, an art is born that transforms matter into pure emotion.
This selection is a journey between crystalline purity and enveloping complexity, where each distillate tells a story of transformation, of fragrant woods and silences.
There is no rush in the flavour, there is no pretense in the perfume: only the deepest and most indomitable essence of the art of distillation.
Created to be admired before being poured

London Dry Gin
Tasting J. Rose is like attending a premiere at La Scala.
On stage, an opera for nine prestigious botanists: each with their own voice, all in one harmony. An author's distillate, written for those few spectators capable of recognizing the hand that composed it beneath the elegance.
The juniper dictates the time, as it should be. The others enter one at a time.
The nose is warm and decisive: the juniper in the foreground, then the bergamot and the mandarin peel lighten it in a citrus breath that softens its momentum and makes it silky.
In his mouth he keeps his word. The citrus fruit opens, the prickly pear flowers bounce from the nose to the palate leaving a fruity trail, and on the bottom the oak bark places the wood with toasted notes of hazelnut and walnut that finish long and warm.
Forty-three degrees hold the orchestra together: the structure that makes J. Rose a gin for important cocktails, without ever losing its composure. Nine voices, one work. And when the last note fades away, the desire to listen to it again remains.

Tequila Blanco
Crystal clear, without a flaw. But don't let the whiteness fool you: 7 Vidas Blanco is anything but innocent.
It comes from agave hearts cooked slowly, until every gram of their sugar is released, and from a distillation which, along the copper coil, smoothes the edges and releases its scent.
In the glass it remains pure, young, without masks.
On the nose it is freshly cut agave: fresh grass, a whiff of citrus, a mineral trail. The first sip does not compliment pungent, direct, character. Then, when you think you've understood it, it proves you wrong: it opens up in a silky, unexpected softness, which lingers warm on the palate and is in no hurry to leave.
Fresh yet overwhelming. Delicate yet bold. 7 Vidas is the contradiction made tequila. Like certain stories: you already know how it can end and you look for it anyway.

Tequila Reposado
Warm, deep gold. But don't let the calm fool you: 7 Vidas Reposado has only learned to hide the fire.
It comes from the same agave cooked in the stone oven. Then it stops. She rests in the oak, in the dark, until the wood teaches her calm. From that silence she emerges different: softer, deeper, but never tamed. It gives it vanilla, sweet spice, a trail of toasting, without ever covering the agave heart that continues to beat underneath.
The nose is cooked agave and warm wood: honey, vanilla, a hint of coffee, a mineral note. In the mouth it does not attack: it welcomes. It enters soft and round, warm, and spreads slowly like the sweetness of a ripe fruit. Then it lingers, in an enveloping persistence that is in no hurry to leave you.
Calm yet fiery. Patient yet inevitable. The 7 Vidas is the fire that has learned to wait. Like an ember under the ashes: you think it is quiet and it burns hotter than a flame.

Herbal bitters
Bitter Blood is not for everyone. It is for those seeking beauty in contrast, the embrace between the fire of spices and the frost of mint. A bitter that seeks conflict and which, for this very reason, can put the spirit at peace after an intense day.
To the eye it is brown, impenetrable, magnetic: amber reflections and a caramel heart announce a dense and velvety material.
The nose opens up with contrasts. First the balsamic and citrus side, bitter orange and mandarin playing with the wild myrtle scrub. Then the warm notes of bitter almond and pistachio, intertwined with vanilla and a whiff of sweet fennel. A scent of earth, of Mediterranean scrub, of distant spices.
In the mouth it is bold, a pulsating blood. The backbone is the noble and ancient bitterness of gentian and angostura bark. Then, in the heart of the sip, the discard: the vibrant, almost tactile spiciness of Sichuan pepper lights a short circuit that the mint and tannic notes of green tea instantly extinguish.
In the finish the toasted walnut meets the warmth of the allspice, and leaves a spicy and pungent memory that immediately asks for another sip. Fire and frost, in the same sip. And a peace that is granted only to those who have gone through both.
