Artwork title: Claudia · The Queen of Desire
Collection: Venus
Artist: Milo Manara
Contents: London Dry Gin, 70CL – 43% VOL
A second interpretation of Claudia. In the masterpiece Il Gioco she professes to be icy, indifferent to pleasure, until a mysterious device, capable of igniting her senses, transforms her into the undisputed queen of desire.
The artwork captures this paradox: composed elegance yielding to the disruptive force of instinct. It is the boundary between self-control and abandon, one of Manara’s most beloved territories.
Not a different woman, but the same one beginning to truly know herself. Because some muses do not merely travel the world: they travel within themselves, and rediscover who they are.
Distillate Profile
The predominant notes of J.Rose are those of juniper.
On the nose it is warm and pungent. Delicate citrus hints of bergamot and mandarin peel refresh the breath and give it a soft, silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear blossoms bounces from nose to palate, releasing a fruity aftertaste. Its woody essence comes from oak bark, characterised by toasted notes reminiscent of hazelnut and walnut.
J.Rose is transparent and clear in colour. On contact with ice and tonic, the essential oils of bergamot expand and give the cocktail a silvery, naturally cloudy sheen.
Its 43% ABV enhances the nine botanicals, making it a perfect gin for the most exclusive cocktails.
