It is born from the same agave cooked in the stone oven. Then it stops. It rests in oak, in the dark, until the wood teaches it calm. From that silence it emerges different: softer, deeper, yet never tamed. The wood lends it vanilla, sweet spice, a trail of toastiness, without ever covering the agave heart that keeps beating underneath.

On the nose it is cooked agave and warm wood: honey, vanilla, a shadow of coffee, a mineral note. On the palate it does not attack: it welcomes. It enters soft and round, warm, and unfolds slowly like the sweetness of ripe fruit. Then it lingers, in an enveloping persistence that is in no hurry to leave you.
